Located only 90 minutes drive north from Cairns Airport by conventional vehicle where the rainforest meets the Great Barrier Reef. Rainforest Cabin: The cabins offer complete privacy, with interconnecting boardwalks. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed OR 1 Queen Bed + 1 Single Bed. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults.

Honeymoon Cabin: Features a private balcony. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed. Maximum room capacity is 2 Adults. **Please note this room type will no longer be available from 01 April 2013**


The restaurant at Daintree Wilderness Lodge offers a unique dining experience featuring fresh local seafood's and tropical fruits, and the fully licensed bar boasts a range of specially selected wines for the most discerning palate.

Guests can relax in the tranquil setting of a natural rock pool deep in the fan palm rainforest, or cool down in crystal clear spring water in the outdoor spa. Daintree Wilderness Lodge features a swimming pool and offers 2 hour night walks each night through 30 acres of rainforest.

A wide range of activities are also available for an extra charge including guided rainforest night tours, horse riding, river wildlife cruises and Great Barrier Reef snorkelling and diving. Further afield, Daintree Wilderness Lodge can arrange fishing and safari tours, bird watching and crocodile spotting, and day trips to Cooktown.
